On any given day, you face challenges - some predictable enough and others coming out of the blue…These pages are all about the “How To” - how to cope in times of struggle and how to try something new or different. A Yoga Refresh helps manage the process we have in facing these challenges.
When the waves hit and you are managing the damages, how will you choose to react? From the small stuff to the big stuff, ultimately, you decide what choice to make. Sometimes it is staying in bed. And I have a few poses and words of wisdom to try in those moments of completely shutting down. All of the poses are here for what your moment dictates with respect and love.
